What is NPI Crusader Plus?
NPI Crusader Plus â„¢ is an automated patient communication system. This system is powered by Social Review Wizard â„¢. It seamlessly integrates with your dental practice management software. With this software you can send out automatic appointment reminders, request appointment confirmation and send out recall notifications. You choose the rules to be implemented and the system will message your patients accordingly. As well, this automated marketing software will send out 12-month emails, wellness and birthday messages, and e-newsletters. As a bonus, NPI Crusader Plus allows you to communicate back and forth with patients via text message. In order to ensure the most accurate notifications are sent out, the software will automatically refresh 3-4 times each day.
Will I need to return to school to learn how to operate this system?
No! It takes less than one hour to setup the system and fully train your staff. There is no charge for this setup and the overall monthly expense is reasonable especially when compared to similar automated marketing software products on the market. And there is no contract!
How do I receive the full benefit of this system?
In order to receive access to all features in NPI Crusader Plus you will also need online scheduling (LocalMed Connect â„¢). Our two software packages are fully compatible, and both integrate with your practice management software.
