Client Success Manager
CLIENT SUCCESS MANAGER
A Customer Success Manager is responsible for developing client relationships that promote retention and loyalty. Their job is to work closely with our clients to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction. They renew contracts for services provided and fulfill services/products outlined in each Agreement.
NPI Senior Advisors are responsible for analyzing specific dental market areas, determining how best to minimize client risk, maximize ROI from their budget, and prioritize future advertising projects as the client budget allows. They work hand in hand with client success managers, monitoring client results and evolving plans over time.
Already experienced in digital marketing? The Digital Marketing Manager represents a key role within the NPI organization and will work cross functionally with the Creative, Sales, Operations, and Analytics teams to support evidence-based marketing culture through proper tracking implementation and data analysis.
